Home on the Range

Kitchens are the ‘heart’ of the home. And, a quality range provides literal warmth to this heart, and as such, it is often the appliance piece people are most willing to invest in. Naturally, kitchen range needs vary per household.

She Sheds

Today’s woman takes on many roles in society, at home, and in the workplace. We are busy. We are multitaskers. And at times, we need an escape. And I’m not talking about the bathrooms or closets we’ve all retreated to in order to get a brief moment of peace and quiet. Rather, these should be spaces that allow for devoted work, relaxation, or even play. Enter the she shed.

She Sheds – Make Your Own Space

Embellishments

Sprucing up your child’s rooms can be one of the most fun and personal projects to undertake in your home. As a designer, taking on these kinds of projects for clients is also an honor as the inspiration-to-completion process allows me the chance to get to know and connect with the whole family. Perhaps most enticing, even dramatic changes can be achieved with relative ease and cost.

Find Your Inspiration

The aim of an interior designer is to make each project unique to each client: a space they feel connected to and inspired by. Achieving this means taking a closer look into how a client lives so we can identify with them on a deeper level. Exploring a client’s existing tastes in fashion is one method I like to employ.

Heart of the Home

The family room is the center of home enjoyment and a primary focal point of many homes. Decorating your space, particularly your mantel, to fit your personal style can have a dramatic effect on the experience of the season for you and your guests. The hearth is a source of warmth and coziness, and it sets the tone and style of the room and perhaps the entire home

Down the Stairs

Basements aren’t the first part of the house you notice, but they can definitely be the most enjoyable part! We love home gyms, media areas with large sectionals, home offices, craft rooms, wrapping centers, wine storage and tasting areas, laundry rooms, game areas with a pool table, private hot tub get away and, of course, the added space and storage.

Stone Surfaces

Countertop surfaces set the tone for your space. The multitude of natural and engineered stone options provide unlimited opportunities to make individualistic design statements. There are also a number of other factors to consider besides the look when choosing countertops.
